Culture shock in Canada

Canada is a country, consisting of ten provinces and three territories, in the northern part of the continent of North America. Ottawa is the capital and Toronto is the largest city in Canada. Canada is a developed country and one of the wealthiest in the world, with the tenth highest nominal per capita income globally, and the eighth highest ranking in the Human Development Index. It ranks among the highest in international measurements of government transparency, civil liberties, quality of life, economic freedom, and education. Canada is in theory a cultural mosaic a collection of several regional, aboriginal, and ethnic subcultures. Government policies such as publicly funded health care, higher taxation to redistribute wealth, the outlawing of capital punishment, strong efforts to eliminate poverty, strict gun control, and the legalization of same-sex marriage are further social indicators of Canada's political and cultural values.
          First, there are many culture shocks on place in Canada. Niagara falls is             the collective name for three waterfalls that straddle the international border between Canada and the United states. From largest to smallest, the three waterfalls are the Horseshoe falls, the American falls and the Bridal Vei falls.            Next, Absolute World Towers, Mississauga Architecture is a set of five residential towers is the city of Mississauga, Ontario Canada. Known as the Marilyn Monroe Building, the twins towers look like a twisted spiral shape in Toronto. Has been declared a skyscraper of the year. With aunique architecture and unique. Rising 175 meters into the Canadian skyling, they have been likened to Marilyn Monroe. The towers twist 209 from their base to the  top 56 floors. It's one of the busiest tourist attractions in Nova Scotia and is a prime attraction on the Lighthouse Trail scenic dive. Peggys Cove is a classic red-and-white lighthouse still operated by the Canadian Coast Guard.           For another thing, there are many culture shocks of festival. The Vancouver Symphony of Fire, If there is one event that defines summer in Vancouver, it’s the Honda Celebration of Light international fireworks competition and festival three nights of the best fireworks displays you’ve ever seen. From pancake breakfasts to corporate parties to concerts, the city of Calgary is abuzz with Stampede fever; cowboys and cowgirls can be found roaming the streets in their country-western gear any time of the day. And, Considered the largest winter carnival in the world, the Québec Winter Carnival or Carnaval de Québec celebrates Canada's subzero temperatures for 17 days in January/February. Reveling in everything winter, this carnival features a snowman mascot named Bonhomme Carnavale who is presented with the keys to the city by the mayor at the opening ceremonies. Bonhomme's home is an impressive ice castle, which is built each year in the months leading up to the festival. Finally, there are many kinds of food such as, Poutine, originating in the province of Quebec, made with french fries and cheese curds topped with a light brown gravy-like sauce.(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poutine) Next, Canadian Bacon is made from the loin of pork and ham is made from specific parts of the leg, thigh or rump of the pig, is covered with pea meal or corn meal.(https://www.quora.com/What-s-the-difference-between-Canadian-Bacon-and-ham) Then, One of the more popular sweeteners is Maple Syrup. It is a 100% natural sweetener that is claimed to be more nutritious and healthier than sugar. Maple syrup  it also contains some minerals and antioxidants. As the result, there are three culture shocks in Canada : place, festival and food. It is a wonderful country. This country is very various. There are many tribes and culture. Canada has the interesting things such as, Maple leaf, Niagara falls, Absolute World Towers, Peggys Point Lighthouse, Vancouver Symphony of fire, The Calgary Stampede, The Québec Winter Carnival, Poutine, Canadian bacon and Maple syrup. It is the new experience. This is a theme of Canada.
